Altisima Winery
Altisima Winery is the passion project of a few local families coming together to embrace and honor the Spanish roots of our region. From a one-street town to a world-class wine destination, they have watched Temecula blossom, and they are committed to enhancing the wine country experience for our region.
At Altisima Winery, they celebrate the history and heritage of one of California’s oldest wine regions. Just as the Spanish explorer Gaspar De Portola made new discoveries during his journey through Las Californias, they are discovering new and innovative ways to bring the culture of Spain to a modern Temecula. By curating and cultivating unique Spanish wines, they strive to bring a taste of our history and the warm, inviting culture of Spanish traditions to our guests.
